The IPNS LCTPC group is developing a Micro-Pattern-Gas-Detector (MPGD) readout TPC for the future linear collider in the "LCTPC" collaboration, which has an Asian subset "LCTPC Asia".
We were discussing participation in TIPP17 and MPGD17. This time we pass up the chance that someone will join TIPP17. For MPGD17 one students will join and report about performance of the gating GEM as a representative. Problems are resource which is used to send a student to abroad and progress on data analysis. Concerning resource, we are not clear for the moment and have to wait untill the next physicsl yera to know the situation of resource. Anyway we desided to submit an abstruct to MPGD17! We are developing a laser test bench to study possible space point distortions in a MPGD module for the Large Prototype TPC. The test bench consists of
a ultraviolet laser pulser,
a collimator with manual intensity control capability,
a test box for the MPGD module with ALTRO readout,
