It does and looks for .rootrc either in the current or in the
user's HOME directory but /root/include. So copy this file from
root/tutorials to your current working one or to your HOME one.
Under Windows NT if HOME env variable is not defined ROOT defines
it itself as a concatenation of %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%
