h2root and CWN with 2D arrays

I'm having a problem converting HBOOK CWN containing
2D arrays into a ROOT file. `h2root' complains:

WARNING !!!! Converting Column-Wise_Ntuple ID = 9
WARNING !!!! h2root cannot yet convert CWNs with more than one dimension per column

There was a claim that starting from 1.00 this conversion should work.
I'm using GCC-compiled ROOT 1.01 on SGI IRIX 5.3. Did I miss something?
