- Much more reliable on 6100/7100/8100's with and without AV cards.
  Be sure to replace all the pieces: the Mach Kernel, the Linux Server
  (vmlinux.gz), and the Default Pager.
- bootstrap.conf provided for brave DR2.1-ish folks updating to this
  kernel/server/dp set.  Other than that, bootstrap.conf hasn't changed in a
  while.  BTW, download it in binary, and keep it in binary when you gunzip it.
- Sources include some of the patches in the previous wips.
  Builds with egcs.
