StdHep 4.02 is now available.

StdHep 4.02 fully supports the new PDG numbering scheme
(see http://d0lblt.lbl.gov/wwwpdg/mc_numbers.htm).
Some number assignments have changed since 4.01.

As of StdHep 4.00, support for native binary and zebra I/O has been dropped,
leaving only XDR.  Cpp is used for fortran preprocessing.

This version was created with common blocks from Herwig 5.9a, Isajet 7.31, 
lund 6.115, and QQ 9.2a, and reflects changes in particle numbering in
those releases of the event generators.
