1. A review talk on physics with extra-dimensions was given by N. Okada.
   Introduction of previous works on physics with extra-dimensions: some typical models and its phenomenology
   
2. Discussion on future developments of New Physics Subgroup
   

   Decisions:
   First of all, we need to prepare a handbook which should be a comprehensive guide for constructions of event generator etc.
   Since the new physics scale (Planck scale of the extra-dimensional theories) seems to be larger than the energy range covered by LC, it is important to discuss low energy effective interactions, especially, contact interactions for new physics search.
   The first task is to classify general contact interactions for each new physics including extra-dimensional scenarios, and extract typical features of each new physics. Theorists, N. Okada and S. Komine(KEK), will work on this, and report on their progress at the next meeting.

   Others:
   official language at the New Physics Subgroup meeting has been decided to be English.
   * someone (like grad-students) who would be not familiar with speaking English can give a talk in Japanese, but slides of the talk should be written in English.
