Hi,

we are aware of the problem in rootcint under libc5. The bug is
quite puzzling since according to Masaharu nothing has changed
in CINT in the part where the crash occurs. The crash actually occurs
in libc after opening a temp file (mktemp) and calling fgetpos (crash
is in libc routine called by fgetpos). Rene and I are currently not at
CERN and debugging on libc5 machine is not possible for us right now.
Also Masa just upgraded from 4.2 to RH 5.1 so he can not debug himself.

Any volunteers who could hunt this problem down? (As test do
rootcint -f foo.cxx -c TObject.h in $ROOTSYS/include).

Cheers, Fons.
