you have to use gSystem->WorkingDirectory() to get the directory
of the selected file. Changing the directory in the dialog changes
the working directory. So, if you want to preserve the directory
before calling the file dialog save it using WorkingDirectory() and
set it afterwards back using TSystem::ChangeDirectory().
