more TMaterial constructors

Hi Rooters -
I think it would be very nice if TMaterial things would know about
their radiation and interaction lengths - this is essentially a suggestion
to add more data members to TMaterial class. This also implies adding new
constructors, so one would be able to define a new *material* (not mixture)
with the given properties - density, radiation and interaction lengths
(A and Z are not necessary in this case). All - a'la Geant3.

Does this sound reasonable ? - Pasha.

P.S. I'm willing to volunteer to implement these things - this seems to be
a relatively minor job.
