two-way communication with TMapFile

Is it, or will it, be possible to use a single TMapFile for
two-way communication between two processes? On NT, things look
like this:

root [0] TMapFile *f = TMapFile::Create("d:\\test.map","UPDATE")
Warning in <TMapFile::TMapFile>: map file already open in write mode,
opening in read-only mode
