Problem: Postscript output in 2.00/09 NT 4.0

I have a serious problem with Root 2.00/09 under NT 4.0: If I run the
first.C macro (or any other thing that produces graphics) and then tell
root to output a postscript file (using the File/Print menu item on the
graphics window or manually creating a TPostScript object as explained in
HowtoPS.html). The following things are true for all files I have tried to
output as postscript or eps and for two printers (HP LaserJet 4m and
Tektronix Phaser 340):

1) Ink on page is translated very far down and to the left. Almost all of
the ink falls outside the bounding box for EPS and off the page for .ps files.

2) Coordinates seem to be reversed top to bottom and left to right, but
text is not rotated: X-axis appears along the top when the figure is held
with the text characters upright. Y-axis appears along the right edge and
superscripts have become subscripts.

Are others finding the same kind of problems?
