seems I cant place a Canvas at a defined position on screen: I would
expect TCanvas=new TCanvas("c","c",0,0,500,500) to produce a canvas in the
upper left corner of the screen, ("c","c",600,500,500,500) something with
the upper left corner in the middle of the screen.
I use root 1.03/09 on Linux 2.0.33 and XFree86 Version 3.3
