I'd like to highlight that /MD option doesn't mean YOUR code will be
DLL. This means your code will be linked AGAINST of ROOT and system
DLL's. Since we do NOT supply any ROOT static library (Microsoft does
supply several types of the C/C++ Run time library: static and
dynamic ones) you have no choice and MUST apply this option to link
properly.
