There are some problems with Windows since Windows needs ROOT as
multithread application. Under UNIX it is a single thread so far. As
workaround try as follows:
TFile f ("filename.root");
TCanvas c1("c1");
TBrowser b;
I.e. one TCanvas object must be opened to proceed with TBrowser.
