linking with VC++

H! All,

2-3 days ago, when I'm searching the net for a plotting component, I saw
ROOT. I liked it. But
I want to ask, is it possibly to link only the needed parts of the root
system statically with
VC++. If yes, how? I only want to use the 2D plotting capabilities of ROOT.
