5.3 Central Tracker R&Ds - Space-Charge Effect

Effect of beam current on reconstructed position.
Difference of reconstructed laser-light position when beam is on and that when beam is off
as function of beam current. Shift increases as beam current increses as a result of
space-charge effect. This drift is much larger than position resolution of 100 micron, and
can be a big trouble if beam repitition is more than 150Hz.
