1.  Regional directors

2. MOU of the GDE
  The MOU was signed by directors who participated in the ILCSC with a few changes; e.g. GDI to be GDE, appendix.  The final MOU will be ready soon.

3. Members and budget of GDE
  Barry requested one more members of communication in addition to cost and civil engineering,  so he expects 5 -10 members from each region.    Also, he requested several hundred dollars for common fund of the GDE.

4. Organization for the SNOWMASS
   Organization of ILC-WGs will be changed, while the three program committee members (K.Yokoya, N.Walker, T.Raubenheimer)  remain.
