The Annual Meeting of the ILC Physics & Detector Group (the 2013 ILC Tokusui annual workshop)

Dear Colleagues

This is an announcement for the 2013 ILC Tokusui annual workshop.

(JSPS Specially-Promoted Research 'A global R&D program of a state-of-the-art detector system for ILC')

Date: Dec 17 to 19, 2013
Place: KEK Bldg 4 1F, Seminar Room

The ILC Technical Design Report was completed in June this year, and the Linear Collider Collaboratiomn (LCC) went into full operation at the same time to lead the international efforts on linear colliders.

In Japan, the ILC site evaluation committee selected the Kitakami site in August, and the momentum to realize the ILC has been increasing on many fronts. This workshop will review the status and prospect of detector and physics studies in Japan, and aim at illuminating the way forward.

The workshop HP is at

https://agenda.linearcollider.org/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=6223

Even though the overall emphasis is on the detector R&Ds and physics studies for the ILC, there will be general talks on the ILC status and plan on the first day.

Also, a public Lecture is scheduled in 18 December given by Prof.Oguri of Caltech.

The banquet will be held in the same day.

The workshop registration is open now.

Please register from this registration page.

The deadline of the registration is 27 November.
