   As discussed by J.Kanzaki in the Special Seminar on
   August 28, it is now a world-wide movement to migrate
   to OOP. A.Miyamoto discussed the necessity of an OO 
   framework and possible ways of transition.
   He started writing a sample framework for testing the
   ideas. We will hear more in the future.
