          1)Window
          2)Holes for lift up jigs
          3)Feed through pins 

      70% output at 300cc/min(CO2),and no way to improve further.
      Decided to live with the present situation.

       1-2)Solutions
          1)Make the input flow rate as low as possible
               �� Needs a new flowmeter for iso-butaine
          2)Measure O2 conetration in the chamber
               �� If too much go back to (1)
          3)Investigate the possibility of using pre-mixed gas
