• All the materials to send to DESY must be once trasported to KEK, and re-packed as below by following responsible persons.
  When we send them back to Japan (to KEK), they must be packed in exactly the same manner as below.
  
  
• Boxes to be used are 40cm x 60cm x 50cm(H) double-walled corrugated cardboard box.
  
  
• Things which we want to borrow at DESY are indicated so (@DESY?).
  
  
• If listed devices are confirmed that we can borrow from DESY, they will be dropped from the list.
