Many researchers across the world will participate the ILC experiment
and releated R&D activities. To carry out studies efficiently,
a wide area network is a indispensable infrastructure.
This research aims to develop a GRID based system to share
computing resources such as data and CPU and to use
the system for the ILC detector studies.
