I would not be so strict as to require also NT makefiles. Also not many
people have access to multiple platforms (maybe they have access but are
not interested to use them) and it would be a pitty to miss these contribs
because of such a requirement. Using the ROOT example makefiles most makefiles
can be converted easily.
